For Halloween 2006, my daughter drew a ‘water witch’ concept and we attempted to bring it to life. When I find her drawing, I'll add it as well She chose the fabrics, I advised the patterns to alter and in the end, she was very pleased with her outfit and wore the dress several times before it got too little.
